Pr’turna – the bell tower

“Look up. This tower once protected the village.”

Today’s bell tower is older than the current church, and its lower section is a remnant of a medieval defense tower. From here, they watched over the Dragonja valley and the surrounding area. Try to imagine the guard who was the first to spot danger from up here.
